DVB-S2/DVB-T Receiver: Opticum HD TS 9600
DVB-S2/DVB-T Opitcum TS 9600 HD is an expanded version of the 9600 receiver, prepared for receiving digital terrestrial TV in MPEG-4 format and digital DVB-S2 broadcasts from satellites. In addition to the aesthetic appearance, the receiver is characterized by multiplicity of functions, which also include PVR (Personal Video Recorder) – recording of video content on external data storage devices, such as flash or hard drives. A very good device for this purpose is A99400 – 2.5″ OPTICUM 400GB/USB 2.0 HDD – specially designed for efficient cooperation with satellite TV receivers.
The receiver has two smart card readers in Conax system and two Common Interface slots for CAM modules. Opticum receivers are highly demanded in the market due to perfect image quality. The Menu can also be displayed in Full HD format. Ethernet interface allows for Homesharing, i.e. the distribution of access rights within the home set of Opticum receivers. Advanced users can take advantage of the RS-232 interface used for programming purposes.
The receiver allows to use Unicable LNBs, e.g. A98259. Software upgrade of the receiver is possible directly from the Astra satellite.
